We’ve signed the Get the Nation Learning charter
Adult Learning Lewisham is proud to announce that we’ve joined the Get the Nation Learning campaign, an inspiring national movement led by the Learning and Work Institute (L&W).
The campaign is bringing together organisations across the country to champion lifelong learning and create a future where everyone has the opportunity to learn throughout their lives. By providing a shared platform for advocacy and action, Get the Nation Learning highlights the transformative impact that learning can have on individuals, communities and the economy.
As part of our commitment to the campaign, Adult Learning Lewisham has signed the Get the Nation Learning Charter, pledging to:
- recognise the many benefits of lifelong learning for individuals, society and the economy
- support the vision of a future in which everyone has access to learning opportunities throughout their lives
- lead by example in promoting and championing lifelong learning within our community
