A course that supports the imagination transporting you to Nice, Southern France where we highlight its signature dish ratatouille. Continue your journey looking at the many versions of coq au vin, a historic recipe that has been adjusted region to region throughout France becoming one of its most popular dishes.
You will learn the secret behind all French cooking, take part in sharing and tasting, explore a variety of recipes, sometimes work as a group and make a French dish to eat and take home every week.

After you’ve chosen which course you want to do, you need to enrol. You should enrol before the course starts to make sure you get a place.
You can enrol up to three weeks after the start date if there are spaces available.
