Social skills
Social skills
Our social skills courses support adults with learning difficulties and disabilities in developing key social skills around communication, friendships, and relationships. Through engaging, practical activities, learners build confidence in expressing themselves, forming connections, and understanding how to navigate social situations and healthy relationships—all within a safe, supportive environment.
Work skills
Work skills
Our work skills courses and employment programmes, help adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) develop practical skills and confidence for work. Learners will strengthen communication, improve English and maths, and develop computer skills. Courses guide learners to identify strengths and interests, create CVs and cover letters, and practise workplace communication and behaviour.
Our hospitality skills courses provide hands-on training in kitchen safety, food preparation, barista skills, and customer service. By running a simulated café in our on-site centres, learners will gain practical experience and the confidence to succeed in hospitality.
